Great same day service for dryer vent cleaning! Great customer service from the beginning phone call to the technician! Courtney Varn was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and was happy to explain the process and didn't mind me watching in awe as the lint came out of the vent! Couldn't believe the photos he showed me at the end of the before, during and after cleaning. Wouldn't hesitate to call Carolina Conditions again and highly recommend them!

Carolina Conditions has been to our home twice this year working to correct the aftermath of a 2023 poorly installed system by our old Nationwide HVAC company which resulted in catastrophic failure.Carolina Conditions has been on time, thorough and fairly priced. They have done everything they said they would. They even return your calls and messages. Sean has been the technician working on getting our system back up and running. Kendal Hannon came today to check my new (6 month old gas pack) HVAC. He took off the covers and checked the electrical specs via an ammeter. He checked the level of the unit and answered all my questions. He also checked the crawl space ducts, filters and thermostat too. He did a thorough job and was courteous and friendly. Very pleased.
