My husband and I have recently bought an older home. We have had a great experience with Carolina Conditions as a whole. Jarrod the plumber that came out to give us an estimate on a tankless water heater ended up helping us figure out how we will navigate home renovations in regards to plumbing. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and knew how to answer any questions we had in a friendly and personable way.

Jeff was friendly, thorough in his inspection and took extra time to explain everything in detail. Always conscious about wearing shoe covers when in the house. Stayed extra time just to make sure I didn’t have any further questions. Great service.
