Sean was my Service Rep., he was fantastic. He looked everything over, throughly checked it all out. He also gave me a very good review of all the work he did. Sean was professional and a excellent service Rep.. I hope that I get him in the Spring of 2020. Michael was very courteous and professional. Courtney was a pleasant and helpful technician. Very informative and quickly solved my duct problem. Wonderful to have a company respond so quickly and effectively to my problem. Thanks Courtney for your expertise and smiling face when I was so down. Will use them again. Michael, answered all our questions and was very polite and knowledgeable. I have had several plumbers out to my home to diagnose an issue with my tankless water heater. All but Josh with Carolina Conditions pretty much gave up after 1 visit. I will not name those companies, I will just say don’t use anybody but Carolina Conditions. Josh and the CC management staff stuck with it until it was solved. After 2 years my wife and my two daughters are happy to have our hot water working properly. I cannot thank Josh, Mike or Tim enough. Truly a TEAM concept/approach at Carolina Conditions! From the time I scheduled this appointment until the work was completed by Josh, I was continually impressed.
