Upon arrival: customers toilet was running through the flapper and leaking where the cpvc shut off valve to the male adapter connecting it to the water line supply exist behind the toilet. I was only permitted to complete a full toilet rebuild at this time so the leak at the shut off valve is still active. Toilet is fully rebuilt and is operating as it should at this time. No further issues.

Arrived on site to look at emergency light that had fallen.
Upon inspection it was found that the clips to the light had came loose.
Once light was re-secured it stayed on the wall.
Everything works and operates as it should.

Upon arrival: tenants water main was disconnected right before entering the home. The water line is 3/4 PVC and the roots from the bush in front of the water main added tension to the pipe causing it to pull apart at the 45 degree fitting. The pipe was cut on both sides of the 45 and repiped and tested for operation. Underneath the home I did notice possibly the toilet flange in the hall bathroom was leaking and should be addressed. A possible pull and reset could resolve the issue replace the seal with a new wax ring. No further issues at this time. Thank you for choosing Carolina Conditions !

Arrived on site to perform service for A/C system. Found system that was unable to operate. The system has little to no refrigerant in it, capacitor in the condenser is unable to be tested due to the corrosion welding the terminals tight. Found the evaporator coil severely corroded and suspected of multiple leaks. The system is an r22 system. It is recommended to replace the system due to cost of repair versus replacement. Found while on site the children’s bathtub is cracked and split leaking into the floor of the adjacent bedrooms, damaging the flooring. Recommend to replace the bathtub, surround, and shower valve. Replacement is recommended due to damaged components. Recommend replacement of the shower valve due to the age and condition.

Electric Repairs: We are happy we chose this company! It was a very pleasant experience. CJ prepared our quote. He was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. We next spoke on the phone with Meghan in the office. She was equally friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She followed up with an appointment that worked well for us. On our scheduled date to do the repairs, CJ was joined by Colin. Another great experience! He was just as polite and considerate as CJ, knowledgeable and professional. They kept us informed of what they were doing throughout the process. There were many things to do and they worked nonstop all day, except for a brief lunch break! Hats off to CJ and Colin! Great job! We will definitely use this company again and request the same team!

Patrick did an excellent job installing a couple of outdoor cameras for us. It was a tricky work since the cameras are more than 12ft high. The final work looks great. Everyone at Carolina Conditions is very professional and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

We needed several plumbing services including replacement of all of our toilets. Our technician was Sammy, and he did a fabulous job! He showed up promptly and called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He provided knowledgeable estimates and options and kept me updated as he worked. When he noticed a hairline fracture in the toilet we ordered, he went to the store on our behalf and exchanged it for a flawless one. We needed additional electrical work a few days later, and Shawn L did a great job identifying the need and swiftly completing the job. Impeccable customer service!
