THIS IS A PROGRESS INVOICE Upon arrival: customers toilet was running through the flapper and leaking where the cpvc shut off valve to the male adapter connecting it to the water line supply exist behind the toilet. I was only permitted to complete a full toilet rebuild at this time so the leak at the shut off valve is still active. Toilet is fully rebuilt and is operating as it should at this time. No further issues.

Arrived on site to look at emergency light that had fallen. Upon inspection it was found that the clips to the light had came loose. Once light was re-secured it stayed on the wall. Everything works and operates as it should. Thank you for choosing Carolina Conditions.

Upon arrival: tenants water main was disconnected right before entering the home. The water line is 3/4 PVC and the roots from the bush in front of the water main added tension to the pipe causing it to pull apart at the 45 degree fitting. The pipe was cut on both sides of the 45 and repiped and tested for operation. Underneath the home I did notice possibly the toilet flange in the hall bathroom was leaking and should be addressed. A possible pull and reset could resolve the issue replace the seal with a new wax ring. No further issues at this time. Thank you for choosing Carolina Conditions !

Arrived on site to perform service for A/C system. Found system that was unable to operate. The system has little to no refrigerant in it, capacitor in the condenser is unable to be tested due to the corrosion welding the terminals tight. Found the evaporator coil severely corroded and suspected of multiple leaks. The system is an r22 system. It is recommended to replace the system due to cost of repair versus replacement. Found while on site the children’s bathtub is cracked and split leaking into the floor of the adjacent bedrooms, damaging the flooring. Recommend to replace the bathtub, surround, and shower valve. Replacement is recommended due to damaged components. Recommend replacement of the shower valve due to the age and condition. 3 ton Goodman Mortex coil Downflow electric furnace System is unserviceable and will not operate and needs replacement. System would not operate to fill out the service form. Bath fan is new and wired into a light switch.
