I came to the residence to perform an HVAC maintenance on two systems. I inspected and tested electrical components on both systems. I inspected ductwork for any deterioration and or airflow restrictions. I cleaned the outside condenser for both units. Both systems are operating at the time of departure.
Upon inspection I noticed that there were UV lights that were not working and the contactor was also pitted. I recommend replacing them asap.
