I recently purchased a new HVAC unit for my 100 year old house. I also decided to order up new attic insulation and ductwork. I wanted to see if creating a whole new system would benefit me financially ( heating and cooling bills!) and help our collective fight against wastefulness as we battle Climate Change. I did my HVAC nerd homework and Brandon came by to discuss the details. There were three separate teams who arrived for the three day removal and the install. They worked seamlessly with the help and guidance of Allison. I ask a lot of questions because it was a lot of money and they kept encouraging me to ask whatever I needed to ask. Caesar and his team did outstanding work! Marvin, Chris, Malik and another young man did a heavenly job insulating the attic. Patrick was kind and knowledgable about all things electrical. He came by to fix a problem with three light fixtures after the insulation went down. After Mike set up the new brainy thermostat and everything started working in tandem I really had to sit in the stairwell and just take in what a "new" 100 year old house felt like. This team is amazing, knowledgable, professional, and incredibly DIVERSE in so many powerful ways.This matters to me.Nikky Finney
