Arrived to perform single system service. Cleaned the coils, inspected motors capacitors, inspected refrigerant level and blower. Found no issue with the system being inspected. Found relay for heat strip operation to possess one heat warped wire, recommend to replace the relay and the wire connector.

Moved existing expansion tank to inside the closet as it should of been during original install. Installed door back on water heater closet. Turned water back on and checked for leaks none present.

Repipe whole home with pex. Install new pex ready washer box. Install new ice maker box behind fridge. Install new stops and supply line under all sinks and toilets. Install 2 frost free hose bibs pex ready. We will need to cut 14by14 hole behind each shower valve to gain access to install new pex to shower valves. Install 3/4 ball valve at the main water line coming in and run pex from ball valve. Run pex to existing water heater. We will need to open up some walls and ceilings to repipe the upstairs bathroom. We can give an estimate for repair of sheetrock once the work has been performed. 5/1/2023 Upon arrival we proceeded to prefab are cold water lines going all the way to the hose bib by the crawlspace at the very end we also ran waterlines for the kitchen sink as well as a line for the new icemaker box. We prefab the waterline so that we can be able to drill a hole behind refrigerator for our stove out for the icemaker. We ran the cold water to the existing water heater we
