Courtney Varn was so very courteous and kind. He wore shoe protection when he came in the house each time. He explained in detail the work he was doing and even looked at other things they specialize in and made suggestions and pointed out concerns. 5 stars. Turned us into a future customer. The price was great. The tech was very professional and had a wonderful personality. i really enjoyed the experience and would refer this company to my friends and family.
Tim Frasier is an absolute gem! He was so friendly and nice and so knowledgeable of his task at hand, which frankly was quite a challenge since my house is a 100year old home. I will definitely call Carolina Conditions when I need any other things done around my home. Thank you Tim!

David was absolutely great. He arrived on time and got right to work. He worked hard the whole time he was here, including going up to our third story on a ladder. Brave guy! He tidied up after himself and made sure that I was happy with the way he left everything. He also was very nice and told me exactly what he had done in cleaning out my vent, including clearing out,a birds nest that was in there. He assured me it was cleaned out well now. I will definitely use Carolina Conditions next time and will be hopeful that I get David again.
