Electric Repairs: We are happy we chose this company! It was a very pleasant experience. CJ prepared our quote. He was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. We next spoke on the phone with Meghan in the office. She was equally friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She followed up with an appointment that worked well for us. On our scheduled date to do the repairs, CJ was joined by Colin. Another great experience! He was just as polite and considerate as CJ, knowledgeable and professional. They kept us informed of what they were doing throughout the process. There were many things to do and they worked nonstop all day, except for a brief lunch break! Hats off to CJ and Colin! Great job! We will definitely use this company again and request the same team!

Patrick did an excellent job installing a couple of outdoor cameras for us. It was a tricky work since the cameras are more than 12ft high. The final work looks great. Everyone at Carolina Conditions is very professional and the price was fair. I highly recommend them.

We needed several plumbing services including replacement of all of our toilets. Our technician was Sammy, and he did a fabulous job! He showed up promptly and called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He provided knowledgeable estimates and options and kept me updated as he worked. When he noticed a hairline fracture in the toilet we ordered, he went to the store on our behalf and exchanged it for a flawless one. We needed additional electrical work a few days later, and Shawn L did a great job identifying the need and swiftly completing the job. Impeccable customer service! Highly recommended and we will absolutely use Carolina Conditions' services again. Thank you!!!

Marcus and Ralph replaced the electric panel in our home. They were very courteous, conscientious, and knowledgeable! They also cleaned up afterwards and finished the job in record time to restore our much-needed electricity!
