Carolina Conditions has been to our home twice this year working to correct the aftermath of a 2023 poorly installed system by our old Nationwide HVAC company which resulted in catastrophic failure.Carolina Conditions has been on time, thorough and fairly priced. They have done everything they said they would. They even return your calls and messages. Sean has been the technician working on getting our system back up and running. We are very impressed with his professionalism and abilities.We will be using Carolina Conditions from now on. Local companies are a better choice. Tim Frazer did a great job getting our Generac generator back on line. Found the problem, went the extra mile (30 miles actually) by picking up a new battery and getting us back to protected!

Kendal Hannon came today to check my new (6 month old gas pack) HVAC. He took off the covers and checked the electrical specs via an ammeter. He checked the level of the unit and answered all my questions. He also checked the crawl space ducts, filters and thermostat too. He did a thorough job and was courteous and friendly. Very pleased.
