He was well dressed and very well mannered. He’s very knowledgeable in his job. Once he was done doing the maintenance, he showed me pictures and explained everything. I appreciate the fact that he was completely Honest and went over some options. He also let me know what other services the company offer that I may benefit from. Comfortable in the fact that he was there to help, And not just to sell services or things I didn’t need as other companies might have. Makhir was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and a great asset to Carolina Conditions! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! 💕

I had your team member Sean (HVAC and Electrical ) come to my home In Red Bank to complete my first schedule maintenance. Not only was he professional and courteous, he took the time to explain some of the dryer duct issue, crawl space insulation and water pump repairs that I may want to consider and took time to explain process to complete, which made feel much better as too the best repair plan needed for my home , without it seeming overwhelming on the repair cost.
