Terms & Conditions

Please review the policies regarding your Total Home Care Club membership:

• Installation Discounts: Members receive a 5% installation discount applicable to full HVAC systems, full duct systems, water heaters, re-pipes, re-wires, and panel change-outs. Must have a maintenance plan for at least one (1) year to qualify.
• Water Heater Maintenance: Tanked or tankless water heater flushes are only offered on equipment still under factory parts warranty.
  • Note: Tankless water heater flushes are not covered by standard plans; however, with the Whole-Home Protection Plan, tankless water heater flushes receive a $100 discount (regular price $348).
• Labor Warranty: One (1) year labor warranty applicable only if the maintenance plan remains active.
• Payment Methods: Monthly payments must be issued via ACH from a bank account (No credit cards for monthly billing). Annual payments can be made by credit card, check, or cash.
• Cancellations:
  • Monthly plans renew until canceled by Carolina Conditions or the client.
  • Plans may be canceled with 30 days' notice prior to the end of the annual contract.
  • Canceling before the end of an annual contract will make all remaining monthly payments due immediately.
• General:
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other specials or discounts.
  • All additional services must be attached to one of the maintenance plans.
  • Previous accrual based on previous maintenance plans will still be honored.
