This is not the unit we installed. This is a 2020 carrier. Upon inspection I found that the condensate pump was not correctly wired to the unit. Therefore it was not pumping for more than 10 seconds at a time. And just shutting down the system with water going through bottom of unit to floor. Also found the condensate line was clogged and needed to be evacuated. Also found the condensate line coming out of house was cut to incorrect lengths causing it to settle in an uphill flow situation. All of these problems have been corrected and tested. The system is operating correctly now. We will be back very soon to do a one time SA on the oldest system client has. This will be the upstairs system located in the attic. After that we will start doing all three systems on a regular beginning in 6 months. Client signed up for HVAC ONLY PP. I will be coming back tomorrow afternoon to install SS2. I was out of stock on van. Per JR JR is fixing this in a way to accommodate the clients needs in
